The Orioles lost a tough one to the Tribe last yesterday, 4-2. Mussina was once again the tough luck loser. He gave up 2 runs with 2 outs and no one on in the 8th. Better luck tomorrow.

The 2000 Baseball Season is here once again. The Orioles may not look much better than last season, but the future is one year closer to looking like a young and talented team. Indeed the future does look bright for the Orioles. Players like Calvin Maduro and jerry Hairston are enough to get any Bird's fan off. However, for the 2000 Season, I believe that the Orioles can contend if Will Clark and Cal Ripken can stay healthy. Will Brady be healthy all season? How fast will Scotty Erickson recover? When and will DeShields leave? Will he stay healthy and produce? How will new manager Mike Hargrove and Albert Belle get along? What about Jeff Conine? How will he fit in? This could be an exciting season for Baltimore this year. I'm looking foward to it.
